From an idea by Riccardo Di Salvo and Chef Giancarlo Cancelli, this new project of culinary experimentation comes to life inside the SambaMaki Restaurant of viale Regina Margherita. A single tasting path changes the ordinary and aims to surprise. Giancarlo Cancelli’s kitchen is a kitchen of freedom, the irrational and anarchic beauty of creative disorder.

In one of the most iconic street of the historical center, between Navona square, Farnese square and Trastevere, Verve – Restaurant of DOM Hotel – is the perfect choice for those desiring to catch the hidden Rome, sheltered from touristic routes and to discover typical but soft roman cuisine. The framework is an ancient and aristocratic palace of the XVII century, capable of stirring up typically roman atmospheres while keeping, at the same time, an international and transversal glance. Exactly like the kitchen of Chef Adriano Magnoli, that draw inspiration from Roman tradition but softening strong flavors and has, moreover, with a touch of oriental evocation.
