Peruvian-nikkei restaurat Pacifico (in Milano the first) has opened at Palazzo Dama, five stars boutique hotel in Rome near Piazza del Popolo.
Pacifico Roma’s menu, as in Milano, is signed by Chef Jaime Pesaque and is served for lunch and dinner in the restaurant or in the hotel’s swimming pool garden. In addition to this, a menu with international dishes is available h24 in the common spaces and for room service. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Nazaev Esparza Zaragoza, Pesaque’s learner.
Among icona dishes of Pacifico Roma’s menu there are Ceviche by Pesaque – recognized among the best in the world – and revisited Tiradito (carpaccio of raw fish), but also a selection of Dim Sum typical of chinese cuisine with peruvian sauces. At the Pisco Bar you can also enjoy cocktail signature, as Pisco sour, paired with dishes or until late evening.
