Sunday Brunch

L’Uliveto Restaurant stages Sunday brunch between venetian masters and the royal blue pool. Fourteen corners, from antipasto to desserts, with fresh local produces and “live stations” for hot italian traditional dishes. Brunch is also enriched with asian and japanese, as sushi and noodles woked. (80€ p.p. drinks not included , 35€ children that have their own event corner with supervisors).

Sunday Brunch

Until May 27, every Sunday, Il Giardino Restaurant & Bar proposes a brunch designed and curated by the Executive Chef Fabio Ciervo. The buffet ranges from cold dishes to warm dishes, with particular attention to the recipes of Campania (the Chef’s Region): savory sfogliatelle, Neapolitan sandwiches,
salty cake with friarelli and sausage. To complete the offer different egg recipes and a delicious assortment of desserts.To make it even more enjoyable the proposal there is live jazz music and the beautiful panoramic view of Rome. (80 euro p.p. drinks not included)

The ritual of tea will continue until April 8th

The appointment with the “Tea of ​​Festivities”, pop-up of the iconic hotel The London Dorchester, initially scheduled until January 7th, will continue every saturday and sunday until Sunday April 8th 2018 as Traditional English “Afternoon Tea” (the menu).
It will be served every day, from 15.00 to 18.00, at the lounge bar La Libreria to offer guests and Roman customers the traditional English tea, enlivened by a live background music.

Every Sunday, from 12.30 to 15.00, during the brunch, there will be performances that will bring on stage the most famous arias of the Italian lyric: from Puccini, to Verdi to Rossini. Some of the most talented masters will be launched in this new adventure, coming from the most important schools and theaters of Rome such as the Accademia di Santa Cecilia and Teatro dell’Opera.
The show will be built on fun flash mobs that will involve the diners.
The buffet is prepared by Executive Chef James Foglieni who, in addition to hot and cold dishes and express pasta, will dedicate a corner to fresh extracts and juices and, for children, simple and tasty recipes. Entertainment and full buffet 48€ per person (drinks included).
