The first brunch of the year is dedicated to the Apulian cuisine. Baked scamorzine, lampascioni in oil and chicory with egg, are just some of the typical delicacies present among the appetizers chosen for the appointment. Among the main courses there are also timeless classics from Puglia, such as, for example, octopus in pignata, baked rabbit with potatoes and muscari and broad bean puree with rural chicory. To close the brunch, the typical “pasticciotto leccese”.
Animation for children and Live Show conclude the proposal. From 12:30 to 15:30; 25€ per person (drinks not included).
